These terms cover your use of ClojureStream, including courses, the jobs board, and organization accounts. Courses are licensed per person or per team. The jobs board lets developers apply to jobs and employers manage hiring. By using ClojureStream, you agree to these terms.

Courses — Personal License

A license for one individual to access our training materials.

Muneo GmbH grants you access to training materials as long as your subscription is valid or if you have purchased a specific product. The license grants permission to one individual (the Licensee) to access and use the training materials.

You can:

  • Watch unlimited times as long as your subscription is valid or you purchase a specific product
  • Use the training materials to create end products for customers

You cannot:

  • Share your access to the training materials with any other individuals
  • Create derivative training materials that may be deemed competitive with Muneo GmbH
  • Re-distribute training materials

Definitions

Licensee
The individual who has purchased a Personal License.
Training Materials
Videos and source code made available to the Licensee after purchasing a ClojureStream subscription or a product license.
End User
A user of an End Product.
Customer
An individual or entity receiving custom professional services directly from the Licensee, produced specifically for that individual or entity.

Courses — Team License

A license for multiple team members to access our training materials.

Muneo GmbH grants you access to training materials as long as your subscription is valid or if you have purchased a specific product. The license grants permission for up to the number of seats that have been purchased for Employees and Contractors of the Licensee to access and use the training materials.

You can:

  • Watch unlimited times as long as your subscription is valid or you purchase a specific product
  • Use the training materials to create end products for customers

You cannot:

  • Share your access to the training materials with any other individuals
  • Create derivative training materials that may be deemed competitive with Muneo GmbH
  • Re-distribute training materials

Definitions

Licensee
The business entity who has purchased a Team License.
Employee
A full-time or part-time employee of the Licensee.
Contractor
An individual or business entity contracted to perform services for the Licensee.
Customer
An individual or entity receiving custom professional services directly from the Licensee, produced specifically for that individual or entity.

Jobs Board — For Job Seekers

Your responsibilities when applying to jobs on ClojureStream.

Your profile and applications

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information
  • When you apply to a job, a snapshot of your profile is captured and shared with the hiring team
  • You may withdraw a pending application — once withdrawn, your application is removed and the hiring team can no longer see it
  • You may apply to multiple jobs with the same profile

Your conduct

  • You will provide truthful information in your profile and applications
  • You will not submit spam or fraudulent applications
  • You will not use the platform to collect information about employers for purposes unrelated to job seeking

  • See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, stored, and shared
  • You can manage your profile and applications in your account settings

Jobs Board — For Employers

Your responsibilities when posting jobs and managing applicants.

Posting jobs

  • Job listings must be accurate and for genuine open positions
  • Job descriptions must not contain discriminatory language or requirements that violate applicable employment laws
  • Salary information, if provided, must be truthful
  • We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or that we consider misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate

Using applicant data

  • You may use applicant profile snapshots and application responses only for evaluating candidates for the posted position
  • You may not share applicant data outside your organization without the applicant's consent
  • You may not use applicant data for marketing, spam, or any purpose unrelated to hiring
  • You may not sell or redistribute applicant data

Payment

  • Job posting fees are charged at the time of posting via Stripe
  • One-time postings are active for 30 days unless otherwise specified
  • Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected]

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all hiring decisions — ClojureStream does not vet or endorse any applicant
  • You are responsible for complying with employment laws in your jurisdiction
  • You are responsible for the content of your job listings and company profile

Organization Accounts

How organization accounts work on ClojureStream.

Organizations on ClojureStream are used to manage job postings and company profiles.

  • The organization owner is responsible for the actions of all organization members
  • Organization members can view applications, manage pipeline stages, and add notes
  • Internal notes are visible only to organization members. Notes on stage transitions are visible to applicants — be mindful of what you write there
  • Removing a member revokes their access to applicant data and organization settings

Acceptable Use

Rules that apply to all ClojureStream users.

All users of ClojureStream agree to:

  • Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Not impersonate another person or entity
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Not interfere with the operation of the platform
  • Not scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the platform without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Enforcement

Violations may result in account termination or suspension.

If you are found to be in violation of these terms:

  • Courses: Access to your account will be terminated. A refund may be issued at our discretion. Blatant violations (sharing access, redistributing content) receive no refund.
  • Jobs board: Listings may be removed and your organization may be suspended. Misuse of applicant data may result in permanent ban.

The copyright of training materials is owned by Muneo GmbH. You are granted only the permissions described in these terms; all other rights are reserved.

Liability

Our liability is limited to a refund of fees you have paid.

Muneo GmbH's liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of ClojureStream — including third-party claims against you — is limited to a refund of fees you have paid.

  • We do not guarantee that you will find a job or a candidate through the jobs board
  • We do not vet, verify, or endorse any job listing, employer, or applicant
  • We are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the platform
  • We are not liable for any hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or disputes between employers and applicants

This Agreement is governed by the laws of canton Zug and the applicable laws of Switzerland. Legal proceedings may only be brought in the courts of canton Zug in Switzerland.

Content Updates

Your access includes all content updates during your subscription period.

Your subscription includes access to all existing content and any new content added during your subscription period. If you purchase a specific product (not a subscription), you get access to that product and its updates for the lifetime of the product.

Account Termination

You can deactivate your account at any time from account settings.

You can deactivate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deactivation:

  • Course subscription access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • Job postings remain active until their expiration date
  • Your applications to jobs are withdrawn
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription periods

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between Personal and Team licenses?
A Personal License is for one individual. A Team License allows multiple team members to access the materials based on the number of seats purchased.
Can I share my login credentials with team members?
No. Each user needs their own licensed seat. Sharing access can result in account termination without refund.
Can I use code examples from the training in my commercial projects?
Yes, you can use what you learn to create end products for your customers.
If I cancel my subscription, do I lose access?
Yes. Access is valid only while your subscription is active, or for the lifetime of a specific purchased product.
Can I transfer my license to another person?
Personal Licenses are non-transferable. For Team Licenses, you can reassign seats within your organization by contacting support.
What happens when new content is added?
Active subscribers get access to all new content during their subscription period.
Are there restrictions on using code examples?
You cannot redistribute training materials or create competing content, but you can use the techniques and patterns in your own projects.
What if my team grows?
You can purchase additional seats at any time. Contact [email protected].
Can I download videos for offline viewing?
No, redistributing materials is not permitted.
Who sees my job application?
Only members of the organization that posted the job.
Can an employer share my application with others?
Not without your consent. Employers may only use your data for evaluating you for the posted position.
What happens to my applications if I deactivate my account?
Your applications are withdrawn and removed — the hiring team can no longer see them.
Can ClojureStream remove my job listing?
Yes, we reserve the right to remove listings that violate our terms or are misleading.
What law governs these terms?
The laws of canton Zug and applicable laws of Switzerland. Legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of canton Zug.
