(root [path])Returns `root` for `path` as `Path`, or `nil` via [Path#getRoot](https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/11/docs/api/java.base/java/nio/file/Path.html#getRoot()).
The return value depends upon the runtime platform.
On Windows, returns Windows specific roots, ex:
(replace forward slash with backslash):
* `C:/` for `C:/foo/bar`
* `C:` for `C:foo/bar`
* `//server/share` for `//server/share/foo/bar`
On Linux and macOS, returns the leading `/` for anything that looks like an absolute path.
